I have stayed here for 4 weeks and they have been so nice and they treated us well and kind the rooms are clean and nice. I just want to thank you so much.
Great place , very nice clean rooms for the price ... very quiet , stayed here while working a cell site down the street ...the lady i booked my room with on the phone was very sweet and very nice. Great place highly recommend it
Family and I drove out to Columbia for the weekend and needed a place to stay. Got us a room at Family Built Motel. Easy online check and out. Room was clean, and very comfortable. A/C kept room cold! Kids enjoyed the free pool table and late night snacks from the vending machines in the common room. Overall great, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

We stayed at the family built motel during our kingdom gathering at life church of Columbia. The rooms were nice and clean, very spacious and the ambiance of the place was exceptional! Definitely will be back!
Hidden gem. They put some serious $$ into the remodel. I practically live in hotels for work, and hesitated to get a motel but had to for the location. A true hidden gem. The bed/bath quality is better than most 3star hotels (CS, BWP, HIE). Don't let the outside fool you. Unique and cool way to check in too. Digital door code access. I understand why the darker paint. Think about it. Great stay!

Pleasant, clean, extremely easy check in and out, and comfortable! Check in was absolutely fantastic. Drove up, went online, chose room type, paid, right away received email with instructions. Security cameras everywhere. Love that. Safe, comfortable and convenient. Alot, I mean alot of hard work went into this place. Will definitely be staying again.
